What About Confidence?
Ever gone through such a transition in your life that you don’t feel like yourself anymore? Lets be honest…you can’t even figure out how to get back to YOU. You don’t even know YOU anymore. You feel like you’re in limbo. You once had it all figured out then BAM something happens. While you’re trying to regain balance from that something then POW something else happens. These steady hits just keep coming. Now you’re probably on the ground afraid to get up because you feel like you’ll get hit again with something else. Life has its way of keeping you down, even when you’ve reached your victory, you don’t stand in it because you’re still down there.
They say that when you’re constantly getting hit from every direction that it just means that you are being set up for something great. But when you’re down there…you can’t see it that way. I mean you are probably down there curled up from the hits that keep coming, you can’t run from it and wouldn’t dare try to just face it. I think most of us have been there. You’re fighting so hard to walk in your purpose (because you have it all figured out) but you start to feel like you’re losing yourself in your purpose. Or your purpose starts to feel like a chore. I mean you’re supposed to be happy trying to get to your purpose right?
When you have it all figured out the devil is definitely hard at work trying to slow you down or take you off track all together! So what do you do to keep going? What do you do when you’re on the ground afraid to get up? I’m going to be 100% real with you….
There is nothing that I can say that will make things better. No matter how pumped I get you, when you’re alone your mind may wonder off and get deep deep into your own head and feel it again. Or the hit may come again and you go right back into that curled position. But I can help you slowly get back up, build your confidence back up, and help ease the pain when the hits do come (I can’t stop the hits sis).
When you’re down there it is important to rebuild that confidence to slowly get yourself out of that curled up position. When you have that confidence in yourself and God’s purpose for you then you will be ready for those hits. You have to be ready to block when its coming and you have to be ready to dust yourself off and get back up. I’m no going to give you a bunch of steps to follow (because I believe you already go it in you).
But know that you are not alone. This transition is definitely setting you up sis even though you can’t see it right now. Keep pushing no matter what.
